WRITE YOUR OWN SUCCESS STORY

                                         

A mentor, Dr. Gabriel Eshun made a remarkable statement that keeps ringing in my ears,"You have your own pen in you life's hand, write your own story so that it will uniquely you at the end." These great words speaks a lot to the mind. writing your own success story does not come over night. It actually comes with a lot of struggles, ups and downs but in the end you would be amazed at the wonderful story you have written.
When writing your success story don't forget that, success is not measured in terms of what you have achieved or how high you go in life but instead, what you are able to make out of your failures on your way to going high. Life has never been an easy journey and will never be so put on that strong attitude and work at becoming a success for all to know. There is a slim margin between failing and successing. We will succeed because we believe in what we do and we fail because we have made failure an option and a possible alternative to our options. Always believe in what you do and do it with all your might.

OVERSPEEDING KILLS

                                           

Life indeed is not a race and certainly it won't be. I know you agree with me. Now let think through this together. Yesterday as I journeyed back to school from home, the van I was in engaged in a formular 1 race with another van. These two drivers were actually competing for passengers along the road. It was interesting to know that at a point my driver will stop and pick up few passengers and the other driver will bypass and get a lot on the way. This kept alternating for a long time until the two vans parted ways.
I kept thinking abouting what had gone on and realised LIFE indeed is not a race. Run at your own pace and you shall surely get passengers to pick up on the way. Trying to bypass your collegeaue or others to quickly get to your destination or get all the goodies on the road will not really help, instead it can cause you to crash (Accident) and that will in return make all others pass you by. tread extra cautiously and take the opportunities that come your way with all humility and eagerness and accomplish them one after the other. Do not overspeed and crash your LIFE. Thats why they say, "OVERSPEEDING KILLS."

GREATNESS AWAIT YOU

                                         

Since Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo ADDO then president elect now president of the Republic of Ghana echoed Ecclesiastes 3:11, "In His time, He makes all things beautiful.... " I have never gone through a day without not pondering over it.  This verse is not intended to make you lazy and sit idle waiting for the appointed time of God to succeed. It's a deep statement that requires you to take a lot of pragmatic step towards achieving in life.  It implies that you have to take the step,  move on to your destination, overcome all the hurdles and strive and persevere towards the mark. Just like HE Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo ADDO did.  He ran the race, things seemed almost impossible but with humility, positive mentality and perseverance he contented without thinking about all the loses of the past.  In God's own time see how He has glorified him to this pedestal. Am yet to see a great person who has
become who he or she is over night.  Come out of your wonderland and be real. Stop blaming others. The strength of arm will certainly fail you.

PERSEVERANCE CONQUERS ALL

                                        

The future is bright, our God has destined us to be great. Even in the corridors of darkness every individual will be able to identify his/her love. This means we all have that ability to choose greatness amidst life's challenges.  One thing that will get you to your destination is how determined you are.
Don't lose focus,  God is ever ready to make you excel. 
Be goal driven.
Value people because you are not the hub to the world's knowledge.
Accept constructive criticism and work hard to achieve the mark.
I have always been motivated with these deep words,  which is the motto for a house I served as a prefect, Dodoo HOUSE-GSTS, "PERSEVERANCE CONQUERS  ALL"

BE OPTIMISTIC

I have never doubted in myself, I have what it takes to make it in everything I do.  if you desire to cause a change that will affect society positively, be OPTIMISTIC. I am an agent of change. You may not see yourself as impacting lives but the slightest thing you do move and inspires people to greatness. Be that person who will always want to see someone's success as a motivation.

DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS

                                       

There is always a challenge to whatever you do in life. Consider a footballer, his or her duty is to be on the field and together with the team win matches. In the course of the game, some are hurt badly but they go back heal themselves and come and play again, others will only wake up stretch and get on playing. This means there are challenges everywhere. *What then do you have to bare in mind?* You don't have to give up on your ultimate dream because its not going the direction you want. You must understand that there are different route to the same destination and as such you will surely get there. Stay focused and be determined.

THE EAGLE NATURE IN YOU

                                            

Oh HAIL 2017! 2017!! 2017!!!....... Many were waiting in anxiousness for 2017, now it’s here and I know you are very shocked. The big boss; 2017 is finally here with are and people are now questioning their brains that, “how do I get things on point in this year” and many others. People have promised themselves to be extra strategic to make it in 2017. Be fulfilled and be relaxed for the good book says in ECC. 3vrs11, “In His time, He makes all things beautiful.” I want you to be extra vigilant and cast your hopes in our Lord for He will do it beyond what you expect.

Just guide your ways in 2017 to victory with the Eagle Principles and you will be smiling Big.

In this year I believe you are preparing for victory. An eagle is the king of all birds and that’s exactly who you are. You are unique in your own way and no one can undermine that.

You have to understand that Eagle have Excellent Vision. I did not say eagles have vision; I qualified it that “eagles have excellent vision.” A lot of people have vision but how far does their vision take them to. Eagles always stay on tree tops and become very observant. Their eyes are specially designed for long distance focus and clarity. They can spot another eagle soaring from 50 miles away. When an eagle is on top of a mountain searching for prey it only moves its head and eyes and when it locates its prey it quickly calculate the speed it requires to catch that particular creature. As human as we are we should be able to focus and know where we will be in the years to come. It won’t be easy but we should be strong in the mind and we will be there. Your excellent vision should be understood by others around you and they will help you carry on even if you are not around.

You must again understand that Eagles are bold. To be bold means you are fearless. In life the storms are massive and if you are not bold you will decide to retreat and eventually be a failure. An eagle will never surrender to the size or strength of its prey. It will always give a fight to win its prey or regain its territory. You have to match on till victory is won. Most of us have a problem of fear. We are afraid of challenges and going beyond certain levels. We do not want to experiment we are afraid to venture into new things we only want to venture into what others have already ventured into. Like a Pentecostal man will say, MAN! Be bold and Courageous.Also understand that Eagles are persistent. Many birds fly into hiding when the storms come but the eagle takes the opportunity of such great storm to soar to a greater height. In such storms, eagles fly with eagles. If so be mindful of those you with. You should not complain in a storm but you should glide through storms. Do not be a complaining machine instead be ready for the task ahead.  

Finally, you must understand that Eagles go into hiding not to hide but to renew their strength and surge forward. When eagles begin to grow old, they go into hiding not to remain there but an eagle will go into hiding, remove its beak and feathers as a renewal process. Every human being has a weakness and the only way of recognising is to move away. You need to go into hiding, move yourself from the world and spend some time alone and meditate like an eagle. In 2017, if you begin to face challenges and things are not as you expected don’t worry take a quick retreat, go into hiding and surge forward.
